WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: To engage your core! We practice protocols designed using the science ofmovement. This will tonify your core, and, when practiced routinely, help youto stay fit into your 90’s. These arefoundational elements in Ecstatic Dance.

WHO WILL BE THERE: People who long to feel and explore themselves through movement. This isintermediate and advanced. Beginners with commitment to fitness, please joinus.

WHAT WE PRACTICE: Floor work, simple acrobatics, stretching while strengthening, contactimprovisation, Acroyoga and lots of creative and mindful exercises.  This is interactive. Lots of partner work.Only positive feedback is used. NO PRESSURE. Work at your own pace. Individualinterpretations of movement are encouraged. We all “check-in” at the end.Classes are designed by who shows up.

Degreed Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. Licensedmassage therapy instructor. Performer in dance, acrobatics and theater.Multiple degrees, licenses and certifications in health studies since 1975.
